Unlocking Your Brilliance

posted on April 4, 2017

Women, leadership and technology for good: how do we unleash women’s power? The technology for social good space is growing and empowering women changemakers to tackle some of the biggest social issues of our time is a must. This space requires a strong pipeline of talent — women who are creative and fluent in business and technology and who also understand the social impact space.

Based on Peggy’s experience over the last 15 years, Peggy will share insights and provide strategies to empower women to thrive in technology. Key points will include discussion on the following and will include personal stories from her life as well as best practices from the sector:

  • Lean into your core strengths to fasten your impact
  • Develop your personal leadership directive and story
  • Create lasting relationships with other women who can support you in achieving your goals
  • Work on how you are perceived so you can influence your growth
