SESSION NOTES
Problems:
– Nonprofits use bad software. Decision-makers often don’t understand the implications, don’t have to use the tools.
– Not prioritizing technology.
– Not targeting the right people. eg: Need to be talking to the younger family members of elders, not just the clients themselves.
– More contacts in facebook than CRM dB.
FIRST need an Outreach and Communication Plan. (Online and offline.)
